Q1. What if I already have dental cover?

When you combine your private health fund with a Smiles To Go membership, you can potentially cover the full cost of your membership fee for the year. That’s right, you can enjoy all the benefits of our low fees and free procedures, and still get help from your health fund to cover the gap for any major dental treatments you may need.

Q2. What if I don’t have dental cover?

Not only do we offer multiple no-fee procedures, but our prices for general and family dental, major dental (like crowns and dentures), dental implants, and orthodontics are even lower than most health funds. Plus, with over $7,000 worth of credit available each year for the most common dental treatments, you can rest easy knowing you’re getting the best possible care without breaking the bank.

Q3. Will I have personalised service?

Absolutely! At Smiles To Go, you can enjoy the best of both worlds – the personalised attention and care of a local dental practice, combined with the advantages of a larger organisation. Our clinicians are dedicated to providing you with a personalised treatment experience, so you can feel comfortable and confident during your visit. We believe that dental care should be affordable and accessible to everyone, which is why we offer easy payment plans and work with most private health insurance providers. Our goal is to make your dental visits stress-free, and we’re committed to working closely with you to deliver the treatment that suits your needs.

Q4. What services are included for free in my Smiles To Go membership?

There are many free services included in your Smiles To Go membership, including: Check-ups Cleaning X-rays Simple extractions; and, Fillings. We also offer up to $5,000 in credit towards orthodontics, dental crowns, dental veneers, braces, Invisalign and implants.

Q5. What if Im on a private health fund?

No problem, If you are a health fund member you may pay No GAP and we will process the claim on the spot thru our Hicaps system and we will refund you up to the cost of the Smiles to go service fee. Check-ups Cleaning X-rays Simple extractions; and, Fillings. We also offer up to $5,000 in credit towards orthodontics, dental crowns, dental veneers, braces, Invisalign and implants.

Q6. What if I’m in pain and need an urgent appointment?

We are here to help you, check our available appointments, but if you cant find one on the day required please email us and we will contact you within 30 minutes to find a spot for you.

Q7. How do I book my whole family or someone in my family?

Adults can conveniently book appointments for their children through our app or directly on this webpage. Our user-friendly interface offers simple prompts, allowing you to schedule appointments for your children alongside yours seamlessly.

Q8. Can I walk into the clinic to be seen or to make an appointment?

Walk-ins are welcome at our clinic. However, upon arrival, you’ll need to download our app to check availability and schedule an appointment.

Q9. If I need to see a specialist for other treatment, how do I access my X-rays and records?

You will receive a referral from our team to see the specialist which includes a a copy of the relevant x rays. Release of x rays can be requested thru the app. Or website (a cost will be involved)

Q10. Can I claim on my health insurance?

Absolutely! Following your treatment, we’ll provide you with a receipt and invoice. You can then submit these documents to your insurer either in person or through their app to receive your rebate

Q11. My child is eligible for Medicare’s Child Dental Benefits Scheme (CDBS). Can they be seen at a Smiles to go practice?

Yes! If your child is eligible then you can book them an appointment with us, after the visit we’ll provide you with a receipt and invoice for you to submit to Medicare.
